The history of the Soakcube, the soakaway alternative
The soakcube concept took life in early 2021. Our original idea is set to change the landscape of soakaway crate solutions forever.
The concept was deceptively simple yet revolutionary: to create a fully interlocking soakaway crate from a single component (repeated 6 times) that offered unparalleled ease in transport and assembly. The vision was clear – a product that required no tools or fixings, redefining convenience and efficiency in soakaway crate solutions .
As plastic part design and tooling are our core disciples, the Soakcube was also designed with mouldability and simplicity of tooling in mind.
In the last 2 years, we have embarked on an exciting journey of development and innovation in order to refine the concept into reality. We are pleased with our efforts and believe our product is both fit for purpose and stands out in the market for its unique features.
Our expenditure in time, effort and investment dictated that patent protection application was essential. Our patent applications protect specific innovative features that set the Soakcube apart from any other soakaway crate product on the market.
Above all, our belief has always been rooted in the idea that the Soakcube represents more than just a soakaway crate. It embodies the ethos of environmental responsibility. As a flat-packed product, we minimise the environmental impact of transportation. In fact, it’s a staggering three times more efficient, allowing more product to be packed onto a single load, whether it’s on the road, sea, or air.

In January 2024 our GB patent was granted and the appearance of the Soakcube on the UK market is iminent. However, the story of Soakcube is just beginning. Additional products to compliment the Soakcube are in the design stage amd we hope to bring news of these soon.
